Have had this one at least 3 times but can’t decide yet if I like it. Added it to a tomatoey, olivey arrabiata pasta last night and it melted really well; my biggest issue is a slightly strange smell it adds to the meal when melted which my partner didn’t seem to notice. I think I might prefer it unmelted in a salad or on crackers, I do like the hint of coconut oil. #veganfeta #violife #vegancheese
