Green Goddess Seasoning Blend

US Review; I was so excited to find this at Trader Joes! It’s such a versatile seasoning mix. So far I’ve used it on a pasta salad I made to take to work. Even though dill isn’t listed on the ingredients, it has a lovely dill flavor. Perfect for salad, pasta, potatoes, baked vegetables, tofu, basically everything! I love to add this seasoning on mini carrots. It’s salty and a little sour and very versatile.

I’m tired of salt being my only spice and haven’t mastered blending my own spices. This 100% fits the bill for that extra touch of flavor to my veggies. It doesn’t take much with a touch of olive oil and my kale have a nice tang to it. I definitely recommend!

Though it doesn’t come close to TJ’s Unami seasoning, I really like this one, especially for sautéed greens. As with most of their mixes, you have to be careful since they all contain sodium.

Wow! I am pleasantly surprised by this seasoning blend. I mixed it with vegan mayo and it kind of reminds me of ranch. Great to spread on sandwiches or use as a salad dressing. I appreciate this because I can make just as much as a need and not waste it like I would with a premade dressing.
