Green Curry Paste

I've been eyeing this #thaigreencurry for some time, and so glad I finally purchased it! The flavor is authentic, though a bit salty. The ingredients list has no additives, with 30% #greenchilli leading the way. I loosely followed the recipe on the container, using Heura no-chicken bocados, adding green pepper and peas while omitting the sauce and sugar step. It was a nice level of spicy! Me encanta, lo agrego a los currys y me da ese toque Thai que de otra forma no lograría. Es bastante picante.

This is one of new items in my fridge and I love it! I don't need to go to the restaurant for green curry dishes anymore! The paste has a soft consistency (like tomato paste), and I left it in my fridge once opened.
