Greek-Style Vanilla Unsweetened

Omg this #yogurt was so sour I had to check the packaging to make sure it wasnt expired. I love the macros and the attempts to make a cleaner ingredient list but this didn’t do it for me taste wise. #glutenfree #ditchdairy #vanilla

My favorite yogurt is loaded with protein and with taste! It’s a filling and creamy treat that gives me a much-needed energy boost to get through a long day at the office. The only downsides are: 1) most grocery stores don’t seem to carry it; and 2) it’s often expensive. But it’s been on sale at Whole Foods this month. And it’s always got a decent price at one of Maui’s local stores, Mana Foods. Why would anyone even think about consuming yogurt made from cow’s milk?! 🐄 #dairyisscary

#glutenfree I enjoyed the texture of this but missed the vanilla flavor. I had hoped that the vanilla would overcome the unsweetened piece. I definitely puckered. It filled me up though, and would be good for baking.

I really do love the Greek yogurts from kite hill. They are super thick and creamy and are perfect for replacing a dairy Greek yogurt in cooking. I used this vanilla unsweetened in a chia bowl. I added some maple syrup for sweetness. #veganyogurt #vegangreekyogurt

Maybe it’s because the product is unsweetened but it really tasted bitter. Fortunately, I had added some cut up fruit.
