Tried both the classic and cookies and cream tiramisu! The classic is quite on the
bitter side but the more I ate it the more yummy it was #veganisnotscary

of the coconut used in this tiramisu. Still prefer the cookies & cream to this, but still a great original tiramisu!

much cream and gets cloying quickly, which I think is a huge accomplishment for a vegan product. Rich in flavour and beautifully layered too!
I’ve only had one prior experience of vegan tiramisu which was a cake from another bakery in Singapore and I didn’t entirely enjoy it - but I was quite blown away by this one! It is smooth, creamy and satisfying with an aromatic bitter zing of espresso; you'd hardly believe it's vegan. It doesn’t have that strong of a coffee taste to me (beyond that bitter aroma), which different folks may feel differently about, but I liked it that way. Dhanusha, le chef, uses soy milk and a dash of coconut cream to achieve the lovely creamy consistency which doesn't taste coconutty at all so the unique taste of tiramisu is not marred by using vegan substitutes.
