Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix

Can’t believe I’ve never made golden curry at home before! Dead easy and so tasty. I thought these would be individually wrapped cubes, but the box contained 2 sachets each with 4 portions joined together (each of which could be snapped off into a single cube). Looks like chocolate, my partner almost swooped in and ate it off the bench haha. Was so easy to prepare - just cooked veggies then added cubes and boiling water and simmered until the curry cube had melted into a smooth sauce. Served it katsu style with Fry’s soy & flaxseed schnitzel and rice. Loved it and would definitely buy again. #goldencurry #japanese #katsucurry

De los mejores preparados de curry que he probado. Seguro que repito. Pone “mild” pero no es nada picante, me hubiera gustado más picante. Hemos hecho un Curri de garbanzos y ha quedado delicioso con esto.

I've had this for ages but was too intimidated to try it. Finally I had the courage to give it a go. I don't know why I assumed this would be difficult to make... maybe bc I don't like anything with instructions. I didn't measure the veg or tofu, just the water. It turned out perfectly! There could be a bit more flavour to it but overall, I'm sold. I'll definitely grab more next time it's on sale.

Geralmente, não uso produtos ultraprocessados, mas às vezes dá vontade de comer algo com gosto de infância. Como minha infância foi em uma família de origem japonesa, este é um dos gostos que guardo no coração. E ao invés de fazer um curry do zero, que dá um certo trabalho, usar este Golden Curry é uma boa alternativa. Eu acho que fica um retrogosto de glutamato monossódico e coisa bem industrializada, mas quebra bem o galho. Pra compensar isso, eu coloco muito brócolis rs.
