Really great simmer curry sauce. Mild and has a great texture. Perfect amount for two people. I like to add a can of coconut milk to it to stretch it out.
I love pouring some of this sauce in the pan to eat with sautéed veggies, tofu, some rice, etc. It livens up your dish and adds so much flavor!
I can’t talk more about how much I love this sauce. It makes me love veggies with rice.
I could eat this everyday. I cook my chickpeas in it and eat over kale or rice. One of my favorite meal prep lunches.
