Gluten-Free Vegan Mac

I found this at a Natural Groceries and had to try it. The flavor was just okay, I added some garlic powder and black pepper which helped. The box was small too. I prefer the Annie’s brand over this but I’d get this again if it’s on sale. #macandcheese #glutenfree

This mac has organic brown rice & quinoa elbow pasta. It pretty much is just like other boxed mac—dried pasta with a powder packet, instructions to add 1/3 cup of dairy free milk, and an optional 2 tablespoons of nondairy butter for a richer mac. This is a quick, easy vegan meal when you don’t have a lot of time to cook. Throw in some peas or other steamed greens if you want to give it a nutrition boost!

It is one of the best Mac and cheese I've bought. Bonus for being gluten free as well as vegan!

Tastes and smells exactly like Annie’s vegan cheeder Mac but I will say this one is slightly better. I would give it a try

Here’s another vegan boxed mac n cheese. Pasta is made from brown rice and quinoa. It boasts some protein. It tasted good - easy to prepare. I wouldn’t classify this as healthy- but a fun quick meal. #abillionlove #macandcheese #organic
