I find a lot of “faux meat” that I like, not sure why so many

say there isn’t any good brands. Suppose it’s because I grew up very poor and was taught to eat what I have. I like these!

Jambalaya mix with Beyond Meat sausage and Gardein ULTIMATE chicken nuggets. I add whatever old veggies I can find in the fridge to give it some crunch… Pro tip: Make a double batch and have some for breakfast!
