Gallette di grano saraceno

Ottime spalmate con crema alla nocciola e cacao (se vi piace la consistenza della galletta, a me piace molto). Originale che sono di grano saraceno e non dei soliti cereali. Le consiglio.

Consistenza ottima, però come sapore prediligo sempre quelle al mais. Comprate de Eurospin, 1.5 euro circa. #granosaraceno #gallette #glutenfree

News at the Eurospin supermarket on "limited edition" offer: organic buckwheat cakes that I immediately decided to try. Darker and thinner than rice cakes and crumbly, the first taste left me a little perplexed by the aftertaste (so it seemed to me) a bit bitter (because of the kind of wheat??? 🤔) but once I got used to the new flavor I enjoyed them and ate them all instead of the usual bread 🍞 However, I prefer the rice cakes of the same brand (which I really like 😍).
