Galettes Boulghour de Riz Légumes et Colombo

This vegan steak is made of rice and bulgur. It has a great taste of spices!! Not my favorite tough.

Definitely a very nice option; I used it in a bolognese sauce, otherwise it'd perhaps be a bit on the dry side on its own.
