Yes the picture on the bag shoes meat, but it is vegan. You can add

meat just as you do with vegetables. Of course I eat this vegan style with just adding vegetables. Yum! Simple to make. Sorry for the photo. This is a tasty staple to have in the kitchen.

I work from home and this is my go to lunch - I stir fry

some fresh veggies and throw these noodles in the wok with the seasoning packet and veggies and I have a delicious vegan meal in under 10 minutes. I could eat these everyday.

Super tasty lazy meal. These noodles taste just like the umami yakisoba I remember but

are vegan. Great meal when you don't want to do much cooking.

It felt like I was eating Japanese cuisine but more humane. I wish I could
