Flatbread tomato, sunflower seed pesto & arugula

Got this from Fresh Thyme. It was very delicious and cheesy. The vegan cheese melted so beautifully. Each bite was better than the last. I need to get this more often.

This was my first time trying Daiya’s Flatbread, and I must say I enjoyed this Tomato & Sunflower Seed Pesto & Arugula w/ Parmesan style cheese Flatbread. That’s a mouthful! Haha And my sweet Seymour would love a mouthful of this flatbread, too. 😊 I was tempted to also buy Daiya’s Carmelized Onion and Mushroom Flatbread, but I decided to buy just one first, in case it turned out to be disappointing. ★★★★★ AMAZING product. Especially from Daiya. The cheese didn’t taste like any cheese they’ve had before... it was amazing. The cheese melted SO perfectly; I wish I knew how they got it that way! The tomatoes are good & fresh, and the pesto is delicious. When you bite into it, if has a garlic and buttery/olive oil flavor, that really blends well. The crust is also good! Much better than Daiya’s other pizzas!

Amazing pesto and cheese flatbread. This had a strong aromatic Italian taste. Loved it!
