Fermented Cashew Speciality Herbes De Provence Et Onions

I was at Healthy Planet last week and saw that this #specialty #vegan #cheeze was on sale for $7. It usually is closer to $10. I should have checked the expiry date, as I didn't realize, that is why it was discounted. It was yummy! However, I ate it a few days after the expiry date and it was a bit off, the first few bites at least. I ate some more closer to the middle, and it tasted better. I just wish I had more time to eat and enjoy it. I ate it with some nachos and it worked out nicely. Very cool presentation.

My mother in law always think about me when I'm seeing her ( she was a former vegetarian in the 90') 😊 I'm really lucky!! Last Saturday night, she got me this vegan cheese so I can eat cheese like everyone at the table! It was not the first time I ate Vegnature cheese (goat cheese style) and it's the best! If I want to convince anyone with vegan cheese, i'll try with this one for sure! 🧀

Made in Quebec City (I bought it in Quebec City for $10.50 in January 2022). Made from cashews, cacao butter, sea salt, onions, mixture of herbs (thyme, rosemary, savory, basil, fennel), spices, bacterial culture. Excellent! Very spreadable.

A great faux cheese to savour on crackers or bread but also a versatile tasty addition to pasta sauces, as a topping on burgers or oven baked vegetables fishes au gratin.
