Farmhouse Mature

A fancy cheese 🧀 for fancy occasions. I bought this in a Wholefoods shop whilst away for my bday. It's sharp and you can taste the miso coming through. On the pricier side but it is an artisanal product and I wouldn't have it week in week out.

Deeply savoury & pleasant flavour and rich texture. (Probably thanks to miso as that’s a fermented product!) This one was quite versatile but went particularly well with sun dried tomatoes.

I've been buying from Kinda Co for a good few years now and love their farmhouse. I can't compare it to any dairy cheese and think it's just great in its own right. Creamy and acidic I just love it on a cracker.

This cheese is by far the best vegan cheese I've ever had! I tried it on the whim as its on sale. A bit expensive at 6 quid nomal price for 150g, however, I would buy it again simply because there's nothing that comes close to this. It has that strong, mature taste that I have been looking for!

I was given it as a gift and it's not exactly my favoured flavor of cheese, but I think it was pretty spot on.
