Eyebrow Pencil Dark Brown

I love how elf cosmetics are vegan, but also don't break the bank! I've been using this for years to pencil in my eyebrows and it works perfectly :)

Love there dark brown eyebrow pencil the consistency is awesome and love how it stays on all day . Blends my eyebrows in an amazing way. Half the cost as well I think I only ended up pay $3 vs most non vegan brands cost $5-10 an eyebrow pencil .
