egg replacer bought from phoon huat/redman cake shop. Handy to have at home to add to my cake/pancake/shortbread mixes This cake became too dense since I used only whole wheat flour I'll try again and use some unbleached flour and hope that turns out lighter

This is a great alternative to a flaxegg. Works perfectly.

The bag seems to be getting smaller but the quality doesn’t seem to have changed. It’s $6 if you get it at Walmart or closer to $8 from Whole Foods. Disadvantage, you have to go into Walmart and it’s a maze and hell to find (organic section even though it ain’t - not in the baking area). I like this or that classic one with the old timey photo on the box but I rarely see that one in stores now. #victoriabc #eggreplacer #veganbaker
