Il sapore è molto buono, si sentono bene sia il gusto della mandorla che della vaniglia senza che nessuno dei due contrasti l'altro. Mi è piaciuta un po' meno la consistenza (solo perché simile ad un budino e personalmente non mi fa impazzire).
