Dairy Free Mozarella Flavour Cheese with Coconut Oil

Bought this from De Jonker KwikSpar in Stellenbosch, South Africa. It was reasonably priced, but would definitely not repurchase this. I did not enjoy the taste. It tastes a bit too much like coconut and chemicals. I've had better vegan cheese.

A mild sweet cheese, goes well with salads and on sandwiches.

I randomly saw this cheese at a spice shop so decided to try it for pizza - and was pleasantly surprised! It grates perfectly, melts nicely and tastes pretty darn good! Also well priced compared to some of the other brands. Would recommend #veganisnotscary
