Creamy Thai green curry veg pot

This #bol fresh pot was also on the #tesco 3 for 2 deal, but normally priced at £3.25. This was a very nice, light lunch. Only three minutes in the microwave and the greens get nice and steamed and mix in well with the curry. This had strong but lovely flavor. Plenty of lemongrass! Contains 2 of my 5 a day and is an easy healthy meal in a pot. I bought this forgetting that I don’t normally eat Thai green (I prefer red). So the curry was a bit spicier than I normally like! I probably wouldn’t buy this one again but I’d definitely try other BOL products.

Not bad but not amazing . Ok if one day you don’t have time to cook

This was a nutritious meal but, personally, I found the lemongrass overpowering so probably wouldn’t get this product again. Quite expensive, £3 from Tesco.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this pot of Thai curry is. There was a wonderful variety of veg. I found it spicy, and I’m normally not too sensitive with that. #thai #lazyvegan
