Cotton Candy Grapes

These grapes are delicious! They really do taste a lot like cotton candy. Found them at Dearborn Market in Holmdel, NJ. A bit pricey at $6.99/lb., but totally worth it! #grapes #sweettreats #fruit

Feels slightly strange to be writing a review on grapes of all things but here I am regardless lol. I love cotton candy grapes! I used to have slight distrust with grapes as a child, mainly because the occasional very squishy or sour grape could ruin a whole bowl for me (I was a picky kid, what can I say). These are great because they’re so, so sweet and maybe this was just a lucky batch but super crisp and crunchy too, the way grapes SHOULD be. Only downside in my opinion is that they’re definitely a bit pricier than “normal” grapes- around $2 more than the average bunch of red or black. Definitely worth it for the taste though, I’d say!

As good as the first day I heard about them and immediately looked at every grocery store near me to see if they carried. Happy to see they’re a more regular occurrence as a way to switch up from regular grapes, though at $9 a container they’ll still only be a rare treat.
