Cortadillos con Cabello de Angel

We bought this mini-cakes filled with #pumpkin #jam, known in Spain as #cabellodeangel (angel's hair), on our last day in #lapalma. The cakes are dense and moist and the jam adds a nice flavor, but they are very sweet with even powdered sugar on top - too much for me. The packaging makes the earth sad, with a foil outer layer, plastic tray and then six individual foil wraps. They were one of the few vegan sweet options at the #spar at Los Cancajos. Though high oleic sunflower oil appears on the front of the packaging, these also have palm oil. The vegan symbol is proudly displayed on the front, and I have to say it is attractively designed. La verdad que a mí no me ha gustado mucho el sabor ni la textura. Lo encuentro muy seco y con poco cabello de ángel

Nunca había probado este tipo de "galletas", aunque más bien son como "tortitas" (en argentino). Demasiado dulce para mi gusto, pero no están MAL.
