Coleslaw

This was purchased for me rather than something I would buy myself. The thought was kind but the taste was not 😂 I’m not a mayo fan so I’m pretty particular about mayo dishes I want. I love coleslaw because shredded veggies are just the best. This was way, way, waaaay too much mayo. I couldn’t taste anything else. I ended up adding everything in the fridge that needed to be used up in an attempt to better the flavor 🤪 I made a monster because that didn’t help much! #aldi #plantmenu #coleslaw #toomuchmayodude #sidedish

A classic coleslaw. Very cheap and accessible. Used instead of sour cream in fajitas 😂😂
