Coconut milk light

It is not a frequent ingredient in the kitchen but when it is, very pleased to have and enjoy it. Light yet creamy

I got this to try a homemade ice cream recipe; yeah, I can't seem to find one I could buy nearby. It tastes alright, though I failed to get that Maxibon I aimed to make; I should have left the coconut milk in the fridge overnight to solidify (my bad). In any case, I was looking for the full fat one, so I wouldn't repurchase. Lidl, 1,29€ (400 ml)

Perfecta para hacer curry, quedó cremoso y muy sabroso. Y lo que me sobró lo usé para un porridge con un poco de café y quedó delicioso.
