Perfetto per fare "pulled pork" vegetale. Ogni tanto veniamo insultati per questo, ma che bello

è preparare dei cibi simili ai prodotti animali che però non causano la morte di esseri viventi? E poi vuoi mettere la fantasia e il divertimento di preparare cose diverse e originali in cucina. Mi faccio di quei panozzi con questo Jack fruit sfilacciato, spadellato con spezie e condito con salsa barbecue, d leccarsi i baffi che non ho 😆😆😆

Good quality jackfruit in a can and very affordable. $2.49 per can at superstore.

This is a really good brand of young jackfruit in brine. It seems more tender

than other brands, so you can use more of the fruit and don't have to discard so much of the harder core section. Shreds really well too, with that meaty texture. 💚🌱💚
