I buy this kimchi so often and race to the bottom of the jar so fast I never get to review it. Honestly it’s the best- spice, tang, salt, slight crunch- it’s got it all. #vegankimchi
This is the second time I’ve tried this kimchi. It is extremely sour. It’s overly fermented and the cabbage has lost most of its crunchiness. It would be useful for kimchi stew or pancakes though.
It is very salty. Spiciness is there but it is too salty to do the dish any favour. If the saltiness can be reduced by 50%, it would be delicious.
