85 %cocoa chocolate. Nice snap to it and a very rich taste. Very intense so I was content with a small amount. Had the perfect bitter sweet balance.

Tiene unos sorprendentes 13 gramos de proteínas y 114% y 58% del VRN de hierro y magnesio respectivamente. Pero muchos azúcares y grasas saturadas. Como muchos chocolates vaya.
