Chocolate Ganache

Virgin Atlantic! This was my dessert on my way from London Heathrow to Tampa International. I preordered the vegan meal (you have to pre-arrange vegan food. No extra cost but they don’t carry extra if you forget). I probably wouldn’t have tried these had I not had one on my flight. It was a very creamy, very rich, pudding-like dessert. I thought it was so-so as I’m not huge on those types of dessert but my husband was pretty happy with it. Delicious and indistinguishable from a dairy product. Recommended as a rich desert with coffee.

This is very creamy and has a rich chocolate flavor! The small size is nice for portion control.

I think I like this chocolate one better than the caramel one :)
