Made this with aquafaba, water and sunflower oil, baked in a loaf tin and it came out GREAT! #chocoholic

Can make vegan muffins from this easy premix! Just use flax flour instead of eggs and any plant mylk of your choice. So tasty and fuss free. Who said veganism has to be difficult?! :)
My favourite brand for baked goods, just use an egg replacer and dairy free milk and voila 😀 really well priced but the powder often comes out of the sealed packaging #ashers
