Choc chip biscuits

Dairy free, egg free, soy free, gluten free. Ingredients are natural, tasty and satisfying

First bite: the benignly dense, crumbly texture of the #biscuit. Next: the creamy deliciousness of the #chocolatechips 😋 This is going well. But then, unmistakably and unforgivably, comes the fibrous feel of desiccated coconut lying in wait like a smug thief at Christmas 😩🤮 #ruinedbycoconut (but my own fault for not having scrutinised the ingredients list with sufficient diligence ☹️)

It was very light and not too sweet. Had it with soy latte perfect for rainy day.☕🍪
