Chickpea And roasted veg Korma

This is a very tasty ready meal, loved the strong hints of fresh coriander. It doesn’t come with a base, so you might want to make a portion of rice to go along with it.

Such a tasty dinner! It’s so convenient to warm this meal up straight from the freezer into the oven. We made our own rice to add to the meal. We just find the portion size is just a little too small, we might add more chickpeas next time.
