Texture leaves much to be desired. If you miss the stringy mozzarella sticks as a snack, this is not a good substitute. Texture is crumbly and canned be pulled. Taste is decent. It's on par with other vegan mozzarellas I've tasted. I like how convenient each cheese sticks is with the packaging. Great for snacking. Due to the texture, I'm unsure if I'd get this again. I know I wouldn't recommend them.

I’m always kinda hesitant to try daiya products because they can be very hit or miss but I think they’ve improved their products a lot recently. I really enjoyed this and will definitely get again. I think this tastes really close to how I remember real mozzarella sticks tasting. There’s a little tangy flavor that tastes a little bit off that I feel most daiya products have but it’s not super noticeable in this one. It doesn’t have a stringy texture like normal mozzarella sticks but the texture is still pretty much perfect like not too hard or too soft. I wish the package came with more than six sticks
One of my favorites now with #oatcream which makes them just a little better .. not that they needed improvement… #vegancheese has come a long way… we even get to have #cheesesticks .. now to get them into the main stream …
I tried the stick on its own. At first the taste was weird but it grew on me. I decided to make little pizza rolls and it was delicious!
This is the only brand that offers vegan cheese sticks in my area it seems. I’m not a big fan of Daiya but wanted to try this. It’s just okay. Maybe I’ll try it with crackers next time or put it in a pasta salad. They need to improve their products bc I don’t like the aftertaste. Not sure how they stay in business.
