I prefer the Daiya block cheese, but this tastes good as well. Unfortunately, my grocery store doesn’t always have the block.
My wife loves this cheeze and it’s one of the cheapest cheese alternatives where I live! Like most vegan cheeze it doesn’t melt quickly, but it can and does melt if you’re patient enough. Random side note, if you freeze the cheeze it becomes crumbly but the taste stays the same!
This product is great for anything melted, from grilled cheese to burgers, but if not melted tastes oily and raw. But for its pricepoint it's amazing. Itis 4x cheaper than the other brands.
