And it’s just as ubiquitously available as Daiya. I also find this cheese is not wet, and I think it melts and tastes better. It’s more cheese-like! My mini pizza was fantastic with it. Plant-based cheese has improved greatly over the years. Violife is clearly part of that progress. I’ll continue buying it.

Such a good vegan cheddar cheese! I go crazy over this cheese! It melts just like regular cheese and can be stringy / creamy depending on what you cook it with / how you cook or bake it. Absolutely recommend! 5 stars!
Pretty good shredded cheese. Wish it melted a bit better. Used with tacos and burrito bowls.
