These shreds disappeared for awhile in my area but they are back! The cheddar flavor is strong and delicious. This cheese doesn't really turn into a puddle of oil when it melts unlike some other vegan cheeses. It melts well in a pan but in the oven it becomes quite crunchy. Overall I like it!
