Cauliflower Wings Sweet Chili

#veganisnotscary #cauliflowerwings This was a recent impromptu purchase at Metro. Thankfully I purchased a couple bags. These are absolutely delicious!! The sweet chili flavour really comes through. The coating was wonderfully crispy. I was a little taken back by the deliberate attempt to shape the pieces like chicken wings, but I suppose that’s no different from designing vegan burgers to mimic the taste of meat. The penultimate photo was ‘before’ baking, and the last photo was ‘after’. I’ll certainly buy these again.

You can taste the cauliflower inside, but the breading has a nice texture and flavour, and just a little bit of kick. (Even it out by dipping in your favourite vegan ranch!). I baked these in the air fryer and they turned out well.
