Cajun Spice

PUT IT ALL OVER YOUR AUBERGINE!! I'm going through an aubergine phase (I hated it like a week ago and now I can't eat it enough!). This phase involves trying every spice I can get my paws on, on it. Give it a go, you'll love it.
