Hubby and I loved everything about this Burrito Bowl with Impossible Beef!! Beans, plant based beef, rice 🍚 , corn 🌽 in salsa verde with tortilla strips!! Yum yum 😋!! This bowl was surprisingly flavorful! I loved it and will definitely purchase again. I added some vegan sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
