Love this rice! Super easy to add in with any meal and it’s absolutely delicious! Very quick to cook.
Overall it tastes good and I like the amount of fiber and protein in it. It is an instant food though so it does have quite a bit of sodium. Still it's worth buying as it's relatively healthy compared to other instant foods.
Generally cook my grains from bulk but these packets are pretty handy to have on hand when prep time is an issue. Ready in a couple minutes, makes an easy peasey lunch or dinner on the go with steamed veggies or quick stir fry. A little bland but lends itself to almost any sauce for added flavor.

Ready in a couple minutes, it makes a great lunch paired with a vegetable or as a good base for a dinner bowl, especially with a variety of grilled or roasted fresh veggies. I like it with a lemon vinaigrette or a tahiini dressing. Ease of preparation is a real plus if time is short.
