Surprisingly vegan... Tonkotsu flavoured ramen. Good chewy noodles. Soup is based on miso - good umami here!! Comes with dried spring onions and sesame seeds too. #noodles #ramen #tonkotsu 🍜

Not bad for instant noodles, I prefer regular ol’ mi goreng though. It comes with a sachet of sauce you add before microwaving, and at first it seemed like a lot of sauce but after heating it mostly dried up and I had to add a bit more water. Comes in plastic on plastic on plastic 👎🏼 Added some air fried gyoza to make a super speedy lazy meal.
