Biscotto gelato alla soia

The biscuit was soft and a little cakey. Makes quite a good party snack.

My mom (omni) really liked it, but i was not a fan 😬 probably would not get this again (unless its for the mumma) ❌ There was WAYYYYYY too little ice cream! Felt deceived by the image on the box grrrr >:( Texture of the cookie was a little weird, kinda like... wet powder? Not sure if it is because of improper storage by the supermarket. It reminded me of freezer-burned ice cream. Hard to appreciate the ice cream filling when it's so thin grrrrr >:( Overall taste was alright. Price: $7.95 (U.P. $8.95), 1 box contains 6 individually wrapped pieces Bought from Giant Supermarket. Edit 1: Aw man, just took a look at the other reviews and it seems like I'm the only one with something against it HAHAHAH Edit 2: HOLD UP, I looked at the other images, seems like only mine had the sad smear of ice cream filling??? Others' pics looked p good hmm...

Giant @ Greenridge Shopping Centre (Singapore) carries these :O $8.95 for a box of 6 fun-sized sandwiches, which means abt $1.50/piece. The gluten-free chocolate cookie was really soft & started disintegrating after a short while outside the fridge haha xD The soy-based vanilla ice cream includes coconut oil w/o a discernible coconut taste, so you can really savour the vanilla flavour in here! #sgicecream #icecreamsandwich
