Biscotti Toscani Alla Carota

Biscotti toscani senza "niente", ma con il necessario. Un po' troppo dolci 🍪🌾

Cookies with carrots and stoneground flours. So I love the idea but they aren't good in my opinion. They taste too much of baked carrots and I don't like baked Carrots at all! I was expecting a more balanced flavour like in carrots muffin in which the taste of the carrots is balanced with zest of lemons or oranges and almonds. Not too sweet, they are crunchy and I like that they are quite thick cookies. The taste is better with an espresso. 🇮🇹Mi piace l'idea ma non sono buoni. Si sente troppo il sapore di carota cotta, che a me proprio non piace. Mi aspettavo un sapore più bilanciato, tipo Camille dove il gusto della carota era ben bilanciato con le zeste di agrumi e mandorle. Non sono troppo dolci, sono croccanti e mi piace il fatto che siamo dei bei biscotti spessi. Più buoni con un bel caffè!
