I was asked to melt it but I didn't and damn it tasted intense and
sharp, bit like cheddar! Nice thick, protein texture (not heavy on the soy flavour) so I highly recommend this as a starter for non-vegans.

This is actually quite good!! Bought from Cold Storage. Has the cheese taste. Made burger
with this but didn't melt the cheese. Wondering if it'll taste good with melted cheese.

The flavor is more subtle than the vegan cheddar cheese of the same brand. Nevertheless,
it is a decent cheese and the packaging made it easy to seal and store. #abillionlove

Easily my favourite! Super delicious, melts nicely and so easy to layer on a sandwich
as I’m running out the door - I think I eat a packet a week
