Bezmięsna Ale Kaszana

[ENG] 🌱 Barbecue season is still in full swing, so we're diving into the topic of plant based sausages and all sorts of things for the grill. ♨️ Tested outdoors 🙂 🫛 And today, on the menu, or rather on the grill, is the meatless Ale Kaszana from Polish brand Bezmięsny (Bvcher) It's an alternative for Polish traditional kaszanka (black pudding) sausage based on barley and black beans. There's no need to elaborate, because the taste is very pleasant. The bean flavor and the delicate saltiness of the soy sauce work great here. Except for its appearance, it doesn't resemble black pudding, but it's simply delicious. 🥕 The only minus is that it falls apart during grilling, so you have to be careful... *** [PL] 🌱 Sezon grillowy jeszcze trwa, więc lecimy z tematem wege kiełbas i wszelakich rzeczy na ruszt. ♨️ Sprawdzone w plenerze 🙂 🫛 I dziś na tapet, a właściwie na ruszt, wpada bezmięsna Ale Kaszana od Bezmięsnego A więc alternatywa na bazie kaszy jęczmiennej i czarnej fasoli. Nie ma się co rozpisywać, bo w smaku jest bardzo przyjemna. Fajnie gra tu posmak fasoli i delikatna słoność sosu sojowego.
