BBQ Jackfruit

Okay at best. The BBQ sauce itself is too sweet and since jackfruits are already a little sweet it’s definitely over the top with sweetness.

As a lover of jackfruit, and also someone who gets very lazy after work, I was excited to try this out. The bbq they used is good, but after cooking it, it loses pretty much all flavour 😪 I added some hot sauce after and it helped. Might buy again… if it ever goes on sale
