If you looking for something that mimics Sweet & Sour Chicken or BBQ Pulled pork here's the thing. The quantity in the can seems small at first, but manages to get out 1-2 portions when breaking the bulbs apart. I mixed it through pasta as it's already saucy, so it bulks quite nicely.

Made the most delicious pizza using this jackfruit. Loved the taste and the size. I would usually do it in a BBQ marinade, so now it's saved me the time to prepare. Just enough in the can to not waste
