The round, flat disk is like a smashed pretzel (or squeezes as on the packaging, and the #tomato and #herbs flavor is prominent. There is a sweetness to them as well that I wish wasn't part of the flavor profile, due to the added sugar. Nutritionally, they don't have much to offer.
