Artichoke hearts

We had to buy these when we saw them at Lidl. These artichoke hearts are delicious on their own or lovely in a pasta or salad. I added them to my sweet potato, kale, chickpea, and orzo dish. Soooo good!! #lidl #artichoke #pasta #salad #sidedish

I love artichokes and it's really hard to find them in Ireland. The canned one are the best alternative to eat them. Special offer price 0,49 at Lidl

Canned vegetables are a basic in my pantry, and artichoke hearts are one of my favourites, for pasta salad, baked rice, pizzas, I love them
