Amy’s Organic Soups Southwestern Vegetable Fire Roasted

Another great #vegan product from #amys .. this had a nice flavor .. not too bold or spicy .. just right … #fireroasted for the win. I really liked the mix of veggies.. #recyclable

A bit too strong in flavor, but it is still quite delicious. I liked the whole pieces of vegetables, and how natural it tasted, no weird artificial flavoring. I added avocado and nutritional yeast. Too bad the prices for Amy’s soups are now around $5 at Sprouts (and slightly less at Target).

I heard they treat their workers like poo poo, so I reduced the amount of their products I buy. Soup taste good, but one star for value because of mistreating workers.

Love this soup for making tortilla soup. Easy quick weekday meal!

I ate this back when I had the flu (pre-covid times) and I still remember it and how it temporarily relieved my congestion. Flavors were good. Had a kick. On the thin & light side. A bit too salty. Looking out for the less sodium one…if there is one. Won’t get it again unless I’m congested & unwell.
