practice at those awkward dinner times. I've tried other vegan microwave meals, and some of them are a little better. Also, there's sauce on the bottom so make sure to mix it. It's pretty good though. #veganisnotscary
later when I had the time but I'm pleased to say that it was really tasty! Everything in this bowl was perfect except for the portion. I'm speaking solely for myself but I could easily eat two but when I'm hungry I'm a bottomless pit lol That's really my only be'ef here. But portion sizes aside, I loved this bowl. Would still pick up again if I was in the same situation because I'm bad about not eating before work 😅

Fat a little high, but sodium is on lower side compared to other similar microwave meals. Low in sugar with no added sugar which is definitely a plus in my book!
Also a great source of fiber and protein!
